10950 Washington Boulevard
Hudson Pacific Properties, the long-time owners of this 169,000 square foot office campus that recently housed the NFL Network, is reimagining this nearly 6-acre site into much-needed housing, community-serving retail, and publicly accessible outdoor neighborhood gathering space.
10950 Washington will replace a traffic-intensive, closed-off office complex with a community-friendly mixed-use project that will elevate the local neighborhood. 10950 Washington is designed to welcome neighbors onto the site with modern retail while providing much-needed mixed-income, multi-family housing. With a public plaza along the street adjacent to the retail, this project is purposefully designed to improve this stretch of Washington Blvd. with elegant architecture, convenient retail amenities, and publicly accessible open space.
